What's Happening in 2019?

Cannington Clays

There will be a working party at the ground on Saturday 23rd March 2019 starting at 10:00 to clear up ready for the year. All helpers will be welcome.

Thursdays are open evenings, starting 17:00 until dusk, from 28th March to 19th September inclusive.

Some evenings there will be a Practice Stand. The presentation will vary and it provides a chance to practice 25 shots at the same targets without affecting your weekly score. Ask at the desk about the setup.

Some dates may be designated as Side-by Side shoots - our home page will give suitable notice. Anyone who has a side-by-side gun is encouraged to bring it along on these evenings, when the shoot will be set up with game shooting in mind. This will involve stands set as high, driven and long crossing birds. Obviously, over/under shooters will shoot as normal.

This is for fun only, so don't feel under any pressure to join in.
